This article covers where to find activity pages, printables, and other lesson resources for APlay curriculum that are available for download. It is for APlay customers.

Before You Begin

• Access to the APlay platform.

• Know which curriculum, month, and week you need resources for (for example: First Look – Preschool, September 2026, Week 1).

• If you need resources for a specific age group’s service (e.g., 3–5’s), know which age group’s Service Builder page to open.

How to Access Monthly Resources

1. Log in to Service Builder and select Templates from the main navigation.

2. Choose the curriculum you’re working with — for example, First Look.

3. Choose the month you need resources for — for example, September 2026. This opens the weekly folder view for that month.

4. In the top-right corner of the weekly folder view, click the Monthly Resources button. An Additional Resources window will open.

5. Review the available files. This window lists every downloadable ZIP file for the entire month across all weeks and age groups — monthly planning materials, volunteer appreciation materials, age-group image packs (babies, crawlers, preschool, elementary), large group and preteen files, and combined activity pages.

6. Click an individual ZIP file to download just that item, or click Download All to pull down everything at once.

Activity pages and lesson resources can be accessed in two locations.

Location 1: Monthly Resources (Templates page). Within Service Builder, select Templates, select the curriculum (e.g., “First Look”) and the month (e.g., “September 2026”). In the top-right corner of the weekly folder view, click the “Monthly Resources” button. This opens an “Additional Resources” window listing every downloadable ZIP file for that entire month across all weeks and age groups — for example monthly planning materials, volunteer appreciation materials, age-group image packs (babies, crawlers, preschool, elementary), large group and preteen files, and combined activity pages. You can download that specific zip file, or all items can be downloaded at once using “Download All.”

Location 2: Resources tab (Service Builder page). From Templates, drill into a specific week and age group’s service (for example: First Look > September 2026 > Week 1 > 3–5’s) to open its Service Builder page. On the right-hand side panel, alongside the Supplies, Media, and Script tabs, click the “Resources” tab. This lists individual PDF files organized by the segments of that specific service, such as Social, Worship, Bible Story Section, and Groups, along with any “First Look Extras” for that week. Each file can be downloaded individually using the download icon next to it.

Common Variations and Exceptions

How to Confirm the Release Has Published

You’ll know you found the right resource when the file name matches your curriculum, month, week, and age group naming convention (for example, “Firstlook_0926_AP_SG_3-5_W1…”), and the download status shows “Completed,” or you have the file locally.
