• Know whether you are currently checking APlay or the old Orange Dashboard.

• Have the email address associated with your organization's account on hand — this is what links your APlay login to your existing subscription.

• Know the specific curriculum name (e.g., First Look, 252 Kids, VBS) and month/theme you're looking for, if applicable.

Two Common Reasons Curriculum Doesn't Appear

You're checking the old Orange Dashboard, or logging into APlay with your old password

Amazing Students curriculum and media now live exclusively in APlay, so this is almost always the issue when curriculum can't be found. To resolve it, go to APlay and create an account using the same email address you used for your Orange Dashboard login. Your old password won't carry over, since APlay requires its own separate login, but matching the email address is what links your new APlay account to your organization's existing subscription. Once you're logged in, all previously purchased curriculum is available in APlay at no additional cost — you do not need to re-purchase anything or cancel any other software you're currently using. If APlay still prompts you to purchase something you've already paid for, the most common cause is being logged in with a personal or secondary email address rather than the one tied to your organization's account.

You see "Access Restricted — your organization no longer has access to the CDN"

This message applies to older purchases that were tied to a legacy download system. It does not mean your purchase was lost — it means the content and curriculum tied to that legacy system has moved to APlay, our upgraded platform, and can be accessed there instead by following the steps above.

Common Variations and Exceptions

You're not sure where to look for a specific type of content. Curriculum, media, and playlists are located in APlay, while monthly resource packages and Sunday prep templates are located in Service Builder, which is inside APlay.

You've confirmed you're logged into APlay and curriculum still doesn't appear. Double-check that you're not logged in with a personal or secondary email instead of the one tied to your organization's account — this is the most frequent cause once the platform itself is confirmed correct.

You see the "Access Restricted" CDN message instead of a missing-curriculum screen. This still points to the same underlying cause — a legacy-system purchase or an Orange Dashboard login — and is resolved the same way, by logging into APlay with your organization's account email.

How to Confirm You Can Access Your Curriculum

You'll know this is resolved when you're logged into APlay using the email address tied to your organization's account and your previously purchased curriculum appears in APlay (or the relevant content appears in Service Builder) without any prompt to purchase it again.
