If you are logged into APlay Pro and try to access our curriculum files in the Media Tab but the screen shows a loading message for more than 20 seconds the fix is simple.

1. Go to joinamazing.com/downloads to download the latest version of Aplay Pro.
2. Ensure that you select the proper version for your computer processor/chip.
3. If yo have a Mac and are unsure of which button to select got the Apple icon in the upper left of your top menu and select About This Mac.
4. Check the Processor/Chip label to determine which to download.
