How to Download Monthly Resources in Service Builder

1. Open Service Builder from your APlay dashboard

 

• Log in to your APlay dashboard.

• Open Service Builder.

• You’ll land on the Service Builder home page, but the monthly resources are not located there.

 

2. Go to the Templates section

 

• Click Templates in the navigation.

• Monthly Resources are stored here.

• In the example shown, the user is viewing the Preschool tab for July 2026.

 

3. Download the full month’s resources

 

• Find the monthly resource package for the current month.

• Click the home zip file to download everything available for that month.

• This zip file includes the home supplies and activities for the month.

 

4. Download a specific week’s resources if needed

 

• If you only need a specific item, open the relevant week, such as July Week 3.

• Click  Weekly Resources.

• Select the item you want, such as Parent Cues.

• Check the box and click Download the item to start the download.

 

5. Find your downloaded files in My Downloads

 

• After downloading, go to My Downloads.

• You should see the zip file you just downloaded.

• Unzip it to access the included resources.

 

6. Review the contents of the downloaded zip file

 

• The monthly zip file may include:

  • Social Media Guide

  • Going Home

  • Placemat

  • Parent Queue

  • Memory Verse Card

• If you downloaded a weekly item, it should appear as the corresponding file for that week, such as the Preschool Week 3 Parent Queue.
