Your purchased curriculum becomes available in your APlay Dashboard within 1–2 business days of completing your purchase, not immediately at checkout. This article explains where to find your curriculum once it's ready — written content in Service Builder and media content in Playlists — and what to do if it still isn't showing up after that window.

Before You Begin

• Have your purchase or order confirmation on hand.

• Know the email address associated with your organization's account, since that's what your APlay login is tied to.

• Allow 1–2 business days from your purchase date before checking — access is provisioned during this window and is not instant at checkout.

Where to Find Your Curriculum
Once your purchase is complete, your curriculum is provisioned to your APlay Dashboard automatically. You do not need to do anything to trigger this — it happens on its own within 1–2 business days. During that window, it's expected that you won't see the content yet, so there's no need to contact us right away.

Log in to your APlay Dashboard using the account credentials associated with your purchase. Everything you purchased is organized in two places inside the dashboard.

Written Curriculum Is in Service Builder — Service Builder, accessible from within your APlay Dashboard, is where your written curriculum content lives: lesson plans, guides, and other text-based materials.

Media Content Is in Playlists — Playlists, also accessible from within your APlay Dashboard, is where your media content lives: videos and audio tied to your purchased curriculum.

Common Variations and Exceptions
More than 2 business days have passed since your purchase and you still don't see your curriculum. This points to a provisioning issue rather than a failed purchase. Do not repurchase — contact CustomerCare@amazinglife.com so we can look into your account.

You're not sure whether you're checking the right platform. Curriculum purchased through APlay is only available in APlay, not in the older Orange Dashboard. See "Why Can't I See My Curriculum?" if you're checking an older platform or a different login.

How to Confirm You Can Access Your Curriculum
You'll know this worked when you can log in to your APlay Dashboard and see the written content you purchased available in Service Builder, and the corresponding media content available in Playlists.
