Important Update for Churches Using Playlister

Like virtually all modern software providers, Amazing Life periodically updates its APIs and content delivery infrastructure to improve security, reliability, performance, compatibility, and support future enhancements. These updates are a routine part of operating a modern technology platform and help ensure churches continue receiving curriculum through secure and reliable technology.

Amazing Life curriculum automatically populates through integrations that support Amazing Life’s current secure-streaming connection. All integration partners have received updated documentation and support for the new connection. Beginning August 31, 2026, media playlists will no longer automatically populate where the updated integration has not been implemented. 

What changes for Playlister users?

Beginning August 31, 2026, the Playlister integration will no longer automatically synchronize new Amazing Life curriculum unless it supports Amazing Life’s current delivery infrastructure.

Your Amazing Life subscription has not changed. You continue to have access to all of your curriculum and media. This update only changes how your curriculum media is delivered to third-party platforms.

What should I do?

You do not need to wait or purchase anything. All your Amazing Life curriculum remains accessible through APlay, which every Amazing Life customer already has access to. You are not required to cancel any existing software subscription to continue accessing your Amazing Life curriculum. Our goal is to make this transition as simple as possible while ensuring your ministry continues receiving everything included with your Amazing Life subscription.

We encourage you to begin using APlay now so your team can continue accessing:

• Weekly curriculum media

• Pre-built playlists

• Automatic content updates

• Your complete Amazing Life media library

Because APlay is Amazing Life’s native media platform, it already supports Amazing Life’s current delivery infrastructure and receives new curriculum automatically.
