This article explains the subscription renewal process including when to expect communication from Amazing Life and who to contact with questions. It is for customers approaching their subscription renewal date or who have questions about their renewal.

Before You Begin

• Nothing is required to renew.

• If you do want to contact us before your renewal, have your church name and either your church’s physical address or your church website ready so we can find your account.

You do not have to take any action to renew your curriculum. Customers are opted into auto-renewal when they purchase an APlay subscription. Auto-renewal ensures that there are no gaps in services when existing subscriptions expire.

Our team will reach out before your renewal

Ahead of your renewal date, a member of our team will contact you to guide you through your renewal and make sure your account details are current.

If you have not heard from an Account Manager, a Renewal Specialist, or one of our Customer Success Managers within 90 days of your renewal billing date, reach out to us at CustomerCare@amazinglife.com.

Common Variations and Exceptions

You have not been contacted ahead of your renewal. Email CustomerCare@amazinglife.com. You do not need to wait to be reached, and contacting us early gives you time to ask about pricing or product changes before your renewal date arrives.

You want to change which products you hold. Email CustomerCare@amazinglife.com before your renewal and say what you would like to add or remove. Renewal is the natural point to increase or decrease the products on your account.

You do not want to renew. Renewal is automatic, so declining it takes an action on your part.

Expected Outcome

If the customer indicates that they understand how to renew their subscription and what steps to take, then the issue is resolved.
