This article explains how APlay account administrators can add or invite users and manage existing users from the Organization settings at joinamazing.com.

Before You Begin

• Confirm that you can sign in to your APlay account at joinamazing.com.

• Confirm that your account has administrator permissions.

• Have the user’s name, email address, campus, and user role available.

Open the Users Tab

1. Go to joinamazing.com and sign in to your APlay account.

2. Select Playlists.

3. Select Organization.

4. Select the Users tab.

Add a User

The Users tab provides two ways to add someone to your organization: Add User or Invite User.

Option 1: Add User

1. Select Add User.

2. Enter the user’s first name, last name, and email address.

3. Create and confirm a password for the user.

4. Select the user’s campus.

5. Select the user’s role.

6. Select Add New User to complete the setup.

Password requirements: The password must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one special symbol, and two numbers.

Option 2: Invite User

1. Select Invite User.

2. Enter the user’s first name, last name, and email address.

3. Select the user’s campus.

4. Select the user’s role.

5. Select Invite User to send the invitation and complete the setup.

Manage an Existing User

1. Go to joinamazing.com and sign in to your APlay account.

2. Select Playlists.

3. Select Organization.

4. Select the Users tab.

5. Select the three-dot menu beside the user you want to manage.

Choose the appropriate action:

• Deactivate: Disable the user’s access without deleting the account.

• Change Password: Create a new password for the user.

• Delete User: Permanently remove the user from the organization.

• Edit User: Update the user’s account information or role.

• Add User to Campus: Give the user access to an additional campus.

Expected Outcome

The task is complete when the new or invited user appears on the Users tab with the correct campus and role.

• If unresolved, contact customercare@amazinglife.com and include the affected user’s email address, the action you attempted, and any error message you received.
