This article explains when access begins, what accumulates over a subscription year, and how access to previous years differs between a standard plan and Amazing+. It is written for subscribers asking how long they keep the curriculum they have paid for.

Before You Begin

• An active subscription.

• Your activation date, which is the same as your billing date.

• Sign-in credentials for APlay.

APlay customers receive access to the curriculum released during the month when their initial subscription period begins and retain access to it and the content released in subsequent months as long as they maintain their subscription.

Access to previous years

Amazing+ customers have access to all curriculum within APlay, which includes curriculum released prior to their initial subscription date and all new curriculum going forward.

For example, a new Amazing+ subscriber in 2027 has access to curriculum released in 2025 and 2026 as well as the current 2027 releases as they publish each month.

Common Variations and Exceptions

A bundle and a single product behave the same way. The difference between a single-product subscription and a bundled subscription is how many modules are included, not how long they remain available. Both begin on the activation date and both keep published curriculum available for as long as the subscription is active.

Backdated Hello Baby months contain the same lesson. Hello Baby accumulates month by month like every other module, so a subscriber sees the previous months of the year in their account. The lesson content in each of those months is the same unless noted otherwise, so an earlier Hello Baby month is not different material from the current one.

If a subscription lapses. A customer whose subscription lapses can return after 30 days and have their previous visibility restored, so the curriculum they could open before is available to them again. The exception is a customer who upgrades on their return: purchasing Amazing+ replaces the previous visibility with the expanded Amazing+ access, which includes prior years of curriculum across all modules.

Expected Outcome

You will know your access is working correctly when you sign in to APlay and can open every release published since your activation date, not only the current month. If you subscribe to Amazing+, you will also see prior years of curriculum across all modules.

If content you previously opened is no longer visible, confirm that the subscription is still active and that you are looking at the correct module.
